Практика 'Зцілення дитинства'.

1. Дитина і дорослий. Закрийте очі, уявіть себе маленькою. Якою ви були? Як ви виглядали? Які у вас були зачіска, одяг, іграшки? Тепер відчуйте себе знову дорослою, зберігаючи цей образ всередині та утримуючи на ньому частину уваги. Де ви знаходитеся? Як вас звати? Скільки вам років? Чим ви займаєтеся? Утримуйте увагою два образи – себе маленької і дорослої.2. Зустріч із внутрішньою дитиною. Уявіть, що зараз ви самі – батько для тієї маленької, яку побачили у своїй уяві. Пориньте до неї. Уявіть вашу зустріч. Обійміть її, візьміть на ручки, спитайте: 'Що б ти хотіла сьогодні почути від мене?'.3. Карта-підказка. Витягніть карту, відчуйте серцем зображення і слово, яке на ній написане. На основі побаченого придумайте фразу для вашої внутрішньої дитини. Тепер перегорніть карту і прочитайте фразу на звороті.4. Діалог із внутрішньою дитиною. Залишаючись дорослою і відчуваючи свою внутрішню дитину, скажіть їй у своїй уяві просто у вічі ті слова, що були запропоновані на карті, та/ або ті, які вам підказує ваша підсвідомість. Буде добре, якщо протягом дня ви попросите людину, якій довіряєте, сказати вам ці слова.Відчуйте внутрішній відгук і реакцію вашої внутрішньої дитини на сказане. Що змінилося у вас в тілі? Як змінився ваш настрій? Спостерігайте за собою і своїм станом протягом дня.

Can't get past the art

I bought this book blind, knowing nothing about the creators and with no expectations. While I thought the story was interesting and generally well-executed, sometimes the intrusion of the writer's thoughts, the attempts to break the fourth wall, and the wink-wink, nudge-nudge gags at the fans grow tiresome. But the writing is the strength compared to the art, which in my opinion is poor at best. The artist lacks anatomical skills, perspective skills -- the art almost never fills the frame. The splash pages are underwhelming because the figures are so small. Even the parts of the story that are supposed to be "cartoony" (the 5th dimension), which might better fit this artist's abilities, don't work. I really feel this could have been a significantly better product with a different artist.
