What is The Jake Project?
Quite simply put the Jake Project is an all in one bolt on electric conversion for 79cc-212cc (3-6.5hp) single cylinder gasoline engines. We have specifically designed the conversion to work with several popular mini bikes with more to come!
The yet to be named conversion chassis is made of aluminum and comes with mounts for the popular MY1020 style electric motor as well as space for a controller, wiring, and several battery configurations. We are currently working on a limited run for fitment and testing. All prototype testing will be documented on the channel as the project advances.
Final retail pricing has yet to be determined, but we are targeting multiple price points and will have several levels of conversions ranging from a bare chassis to a fully loaded ready to run conversion that can be installed in minutes.
Your commitment will not only help the project move forward it will also secure you a spot at the front of the line for the final retail product. Production timelines are in constant flux and supply chains are in chaos but we are working hard for the earliest release possible. All elements of the project are designed, manufactured and tested right here in the United States and utilize components and fasteners sourced from international vendors.
