Il Pinot grigio dell'azienda Köfererhof è ottenuto esclusivamente da uve provenienti da una vigna posta a 650 metri di altitudine. La vinificazione avviene per metà in acciaio e per metà in botte grande; prima di essere imbottigliato affina per circa sei mesi sulle fecce fini. Fresco e fruttato, è un vino dalla grande versatilità.
