NOTE: The exact unit shown in the photos has been sold - this listing is for another in identical (perfect) condition - the only way it varies is in its serial number, possibly the color of the LEDs as Macbeth used different LED colors in some units, and the condition of the original box. If you are looking for a beautiful M3x, this one will certainly not disappoint.

This powerful 3 oscillator analog synth bears a resemblance to and is based on the classic Minimoog but offers a much wider sonic palette as it features oscillator sync and cross modulation options that allow for complex wave shapes and FM tones that are lacking on the minimoog and most other synths. It's a CV gate synth under MIDI control, thanks to the fact that there's actually a Kenton MIDI to CV converter built into this model. This adds portamento, an LFO and other options. The M3X sounds incredible and will make an excellent addition to most analog synth players studios.
