Our full-size adult bed conversion kit is substantial, and comes with all you need to convert your baby’s crib into a beautiful adult bed. The conversion kit Includes bed rails, bed slats and all the hardware you need. This conversion utilizes a standard, full-size mattress. While you can convert your crib with just this kit, the front gate of the crib will be utilized as the bed’s footboard, which will be high. We recommend purchasing our low profile footboard to make the ideally proportioned full bed conversion.
