Nano Silk Ultra 30D 18/ Bulk Spool 500m is ideal for your smaller flies and the 30d, also known as 18/0, having the widest range of colors in it, there is plenty of choice for you.

Nano Silk Ultra 30D 18/0 Bulk Spool 500m is considered the professional level being the finest of the range. 30d is also known as 18/0 – that is really very small fly tying thread. Nano Silk Ultra 30D 18/0 Bulk Spool 500m has all the strength you would expect from this premier thread. It is 10 times stronger than steel of the same diameter! Nano Silk Ultra 30D 18/0 Bulk Spool 500m is fine enough for size 16 to 32 flies whilst still retaining its strength. Although Nano Silk Ultra 30D 18/0 Bulk Spool 500m is a fine thread it can be split down further if required so dubbing making dubbing much easier!

Nano Silk Ultra 30D 18/0 Bulk Spool 500m is designed for micro flies down to size 32, however do not be fooled, Nano Silk Ultra 30D 18/0 Black Bulk Spool 500m is stronger than 8/0 polyester thread yet is less than 1/20th of the diameter. As a result it can be used for any fly where you do not want to see your thread.

Because Nano Silk lays perfectly flat you get no thread build up. Indeed check out our Youtube video where we put 100 wraps on a hook and still had no head buildup!

Pro Tips:
1 - rotate anti-clockwise to untwist and lay perfectly flat. With just 2 or 3 light wraps of Nano Silk over foam you can then tighten and tie in foams or materials that would cut easily.
2 – use white Nano Silk and simply color the last 4 inches (100mm) of thread for heads in a visible color

Not all GSP threads are the same as strength tests show. Nano 30D is available in black and white, with 100 meters on each spool or 50m for colored Nano 30D. We use the highest quality materials to ensure that there are no tangles and that it produces the smoothest and strongest GSP on the market in each size band. Scared I was going to wake up with a sore neck and headache to go along with it. I tore the package open, let the pillow inflate, fluffed them with my hands and allowed them to sit for a few hours. I didn't wait the allotted time suggested because I was too anxious to try them and it was almost my bed time. So, excitedly I jumped in bed, laid my head down on the pillow and immediately thought, "oh no, these are too soft. This will not work." I just knew I would wake up to a sore neck. Cautiously, I laid down and waited to drift off, dreading waking up the next morning with a stiffer. (LOL) To my surprise I actually slept all night too. I usually would wake up like a thousand times fighting with repositioning the pillow to find my comfort zone. WOW, not that night. I slept like a baby and wait for it.....I woke up the next morning with NO PAIN! Hallelujah! I couldn't believe it. I was literally pain free in my neck and did not have a headache from the strain on my neck, shoulders and back. Man, is this really happening, I asked myself. This just can't be real. Wake, wake girl. You are dreaming. But nope. I was fully awake and with a pain free neck and shoulders. I jumped up and started getting ready for my day. I finally found the pillow that I wish I had found years ago. Could have saved so much $ from going down the drain. I am SO thankful to all the reviews that I read that shared their positive experience and encouraged me to purchase for myself. I am SOOOO GLAD I took a chance and brought these little beauties. They saved my neck and my sanity. Thank you EIUE Hotel Collection for inventing the pillow that is reasonably priced and that does the job it's intended to do. Allow people to have a good nights rest WITHOUT neck, shoulder and back pain. Your Rock! This is a real review and I am a real person.
