De Suhr Shiba Drive Reloaded Mini is de compacte versie van een van de meest geliefde overdrivepedalen uit de Suhr-catalogus. Waar ruimte op het pedalboard schaars is, levert de Mini exact dezelfde DNA als zijn grotere broer: een warme, organische overdrive met een karakter dat naadloos aansluit bij buizenversterkers en de dynamiek van je spel volgt.

Het geluid van de Shiba Drive Reloaded Mini is transparant en muzikaal. De overdrive reageert gevoelig op je aanslag en de volumeknop van je gitaar, waardoor je van licht gestuurd tot vol overdriven kunt gaan zonder het pedaal aan te raken. De 2-positie Smooth-schakelaar (hi-cut) tempert de hoge frequenties voor een zijdezachter, warmer karakter, ideaal voor wie de scherpe randjes van een overdrive wil afvlakken. True bypass zorgt voor een volledig transparant signaalpad wanneer het pedaal uitstaat.

De bediening bestaat uit Drive, Tone en Level. Het pedaal werkt op 9V DC (center negative, 2.1mm x 5.5mm) maar accepteert spanningen van 4V tot 18V, wat extra headroom en dynamiek oplevert bij hogere voedingsspanning. Het stroomverbruik is slechts 8mA. De robuuste powder-coated die-cast behuizing is gebouwd voor jarenlang gebruik op het podium. Een kleine investering in een grote toon.

This is more like a rigid soft case

Beware of the off-gassing smell.
As much as I like the durable case, the ONLY complaint I have is the off-gassing. The case works great and I have no problems with it. But the smell is something terrible. My entire travel case smells horrible after coming back from a client just because this case has been transported within it. I had my coat on top of it one day and then my coat stunk. I thought if I aired it outside for a bit it would clear it up. When I take it back inside and use it again, it continues to smell. It is so offensive that I am ordering something from another company. I CANNOT say it smells similar to cigarette smoke, but can say that it smells like it has been in a smoker's home for the last 30 years and you just can't get the smell out, no matter what I do. And I tried to spray it with fresheners etc. Nothing worked. I can't use it because of this. I rated as a 2 only because of the smell. As mentioned earlier, the case itself is perfect and performs as it should.

Sturdy case large enough for most keyboards, with space for a mouse.
This is a great case that will protect most keyboards very well. My keyboard and mouse set is from Jelly Comb, and they fit well. It’s very spacious inside. In fact, my keyboard is thinner than what this case is designed for, so I had to pad the keyboard so it won’t move around too much, but I don’t consider this a bad thing. Now I know that if I get a larger keyboard, I can still use the same case. I also like the way it’s designed for a mouse. There are two pouches on top that indent into the case, so you can easily fit a mouse or cables in there and they won’t protrude too much. This case is perfect, and I can’t recommend it enough.
