RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Reschedule and cancellation requests are REQUIRED in writing via email to [email protected]. Eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis and administrative fee of $5.00. Reschedule requests that are approved will only be rescheduled one time. If a rescheduled appointment is missed, there will be NO ADDITIONAL ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS and NO REFUNDS issued.  

All cancellation requests are REQUIRED to be received in writing via email to [email protected]. Refunds will be provided based on the following criteria listed below:

• Requests received greater than 15 days prior to the course start date will be refundable minus a $5.00 fee. 
• Requests received less than 15 days prior to the course start date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
