In collaboration with CSF, they have now introduced a product that embodies both innovation and tradition: the Full Billet High-Performance Aluminum Radiator specifically engineered for the Nissan R32 Skyline.

The R32 Skyline’s inline six-cylinder engines, ranging from the reliable 2.0L RB20 to the legendary RB26, are celebrated for their robustness and power potential. The RB26, in particular, is distinguished for its capacity to deliver substantial horsepower while maintaining commendable reliability. However, increased power output invariably generates additional thermal load, necessitating enhanced cooling solutions. Although the factory radiator provides adequate thermal management under standard conditions, performance modifications and demanding driving environments call for superior cooling capabilities. CSF has addressed this requirement by developing a premium radiator that not only excels in heat dissipation but is also constructed to endure the rigors of long-term use. Given the R32’s status as a valuable collector’s vehicle, employing top-tier components during restoration or modification is essential to preserve its integrity and performance.

Manufactured with precision, this radiator features full CNC-machined billet aluminum end tanks, meticulously TIG welded by hand to a high-grade aluminum core. This construction ensures exceptional durability and structural integrity, surpassing conventional radiators in both form and function. The 2-row, 42mm core design significantly enhances coolant volume and optimizes heat dissipation. CSF’s proprietary B-Tube Technology further elevates thermal efficiency by approximately 15% compared to standard oval welded tubes, facilitating superior heat transfer. Complementing this, the multi-louvered fins are engineered to maximize airflow through the core, thereby improving overall cooling performance.

Additional technical attributes include 75 cooling tubes integrated within the core, which collectively increase the surface area available for heat exchange. The billet aluminum end tanks, crafted through CNC machining, provide remarkable strength and uniformity, ensuring a precise fit with the core. The hand TIG welding process secures the components with exceptional robustness, establishing this radiator as the most reliable option available for the R32 Skyline. Each unit is equipped with a 1.4 bar high-pressure radiator cap embossed with the CSF logo. This cap elevates the coolant’s boiling point, offering an extra safeguard against overheating during high-demand operation.
