Gran Reserva 904The 2010 Gran Reserva 904 comprises Tempranillo and around 10% Graciano from vineyards of a minimum of 40 years of age in Brias, Labastida and Villalba. It was aged in four year old American oak barrels with manual racking by candle very six months until being bottled in November of 2015 . From 2015 until it's release in mid 2019 they were kept in La Rioja Alta's underground cellars in Haro. This is a superbly elegant Rioja, only just medium bodied

From 2015 until it's release in mid 2019 they were kept in La Rioja Alta's underground cellars in Haro.
This is a superbly elegant Rioja, only just medium bodied yet with immense concentration: a plethora of age and oak characters wrapped around a tight core of red cherry. Long, light and fine, it seems as if it’s just beginning to hit its straps and will continue to develop gracefully for years to come.
