All sea glass was found by me on Vancouver Island.

Encapsulated in a fine silver border, the sea glass rests on a sterling silver back plate.

These studs are a perfect accessory for everyday wear, yet they are also elegant enough to be worn with your favorite dressy outfit. They are the perfect earrings for every occasion.

The mystery of sea glass is so intriguing. I always wonder who made and used the glass vessels that have found their way into my jewelry.

Materials:

Fine silver bezel

22 gauge sterling silver back plate (0.6 mm)

Sterling silver posts (19 gauge) and large 7mm backs.

I prefer these with my sea glass and beach stone studs because the backs fit a little tighter on the posts and hold them snug against my ears.

Each piece of my sea glass jewelry has been specially constructed to withstand the test of time by putting it through a special process to ensure that tarnish will not form under the sea glass, but it is still important to avoid immersing your new sea glass piece in water or getting it wet.
