Postmortem
A serial killer is on the loose in Richmond, Virginia. Three women have died, brutalised and strangled in their own bedroom. There is no pattern: the killer appears to strike at random - but always early on Saturday mornings.

So when Dr Kay Scarpetta, chief medical officer, is awakened at 2.33 am, she knows the news is bad: there is a fourth victim. And she fears now for those that will follow unless she can dig up new forensic evidence to aid the police.

The Last Precinct
Physically and psychologically bruised by her encounter with the killer Chandonne, Dr Kay Scarpetta has to leave her home in the hands of the police team investigating the attack. She finds shelter with an old friend, Anna Zenner, but it is not the haven of security she needs when she discovers that Anna has been sub-poenaed to appear before a Grand Jury which is investigating Scarpetta for murder. Kay knows she is being framed and she also knows she can trust no-one.

Blow Fly
After her resignation as Virginia's Chief Medical Examiner and the horrifying events which threatened her life in The Last Precinct, Kay Scarpetta has abandoned her elegant home in Richmond and is quietly living in Florida, beginning to get some balance back in her life and slowly establishing herself as a private forensic consultant. But her past won't let her rest, and her grief for Benton Wesley continues to grow, not diminish, as does the rage within Lucy, her niece.

Scarpetta
Leaving behind her forensic pathology practice in South Carolina, Kay Scarpetta takes up an assignment in New York City, where the NYPD has asked her to examine an injured patient in a psychiatric ward.

The Scarpetta Factor
It is the week before Christmas. The effects of the credit crunch have prompted Dr Kay Scarpetta to offer her services pro bono to New York City's Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. But in no time at all, her increased visibility seems to precipitate a string of dramatic and unsettling events. She is asked live on the air about the sensational case of Hannah Starr, who has vanished and is presumed dead. Moments later during the same broadcast, she receives a startling call-in from a former psychiatric patient of Benton Wesley's.

Port Mortuary
Kay Scarpetta has been training at the Dover Port Mortuary, mastering the art of 'virtual autopsy' - a ground breaking procedure that could soon revolutionise forensic science. And it is not too long before these new skills urgently need to be put into practice. A young man drops dead, apparently from a heart condition, eerily close to Scarpetta's home. But when his body is examined the next morning, there are stunning indications that he may have been alive when he was zipped inside a pouch and locked in the cooler.

Red Mist
Kay Scarpetta has arranged to meet an inmate at the high-security Georgia Prison for Women. The prisoner is a convicted sex offender and the mother of a vicious and diabolically brilliant killer.

The Bone Bed
A woman has vanished while digging a dinosaur bone bed in the remote wilderness of Canada. Somehow, the only evidence has made its way to the inbox of Chief Medical Examiner Kay Scarpetta, over two thousand miles away in Boston. She has no idea why.

But as events unfold with alarming speed, Scarpetta begins to suspect the paleontologist's disappearance is connected to a series of crimes much closer to home: a gruesome murder, inexplicable tortures, and trace evidence from the last living creatures of the dinosaur age.

Great for sensitive skin
Size: 2 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I have extremely sensitive skin and recently found out my skin hates the sun due to my autoimmune issues. This sunscreen doesn't break my skin out, keeps me from getting sunburnt and doesn't have a bunch of fragrance. This travel size has been perfect for throwing in my bag for a day at the baseball park or beach. This is a non greasy and no whitecast spray that has a high spf too. I highly recommend it.

Apply BEFORE leaving the house!
Size: 6 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I have fair (freckle don’t tan, burn easily then peel and back to white) and sensitive skin. So does my son. I live on the coast, in a southern state and vacation in the Caribbean often. After too many years of getting burned, I finally found Coola a couple years ago. It has revolutionized my time in the sun. Here’s the thing tho. If you don’t apply it properly, it’s not gonna work. If you’re looking for something to put on AT the pool or beach, go for something else (with zinc oxide preferably). If you’re willing to take 5 mins before you go to do it, you’ll be very happy. Kids especially are hard enough to get covered before they see water anyway! Here’s some tips: Spray everyone OUTSIDE (even the unscented can overwhelm inside, and you really don’t need to be breathing in ANY sunscreen) DO NOT USE ON FACE. It will burn your eyes when you sweat/swim. Choose a cream or face stick. Spray until skin is wet. You’re not looking for a light misting, you’re going for full coverage. The can can sound like it’s spraying, but if you don’t see the product on the skin, you’re gonna get burned. Give it 5 mins to dry before putting on shirts/cover ups. Reapply between 2 & 3 hours of water exposure. (We usually dry off, respray, then have a snack or lunch) Give it 15 - 20 mins to soak in before you hit the water again. I’ve found a 6oz can will usually take care of two adults and a child for the day (initial and resprays). It’s a tad expensive, so we use Coola on days we plan to be out for more than a couple hours, or every day in the Caribbean, since the sun is SO intense. The 2oz is ‘touch up’ sized. It may take care of a child’s initial spray, but I’ve found it more suited for adding additional spray to areas that feel a bit crispy, rather than using it on a single application.

Toxic ingredients
Size: 2 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
There are endocrine disruptors in here that are harmful to your health. I nearly got to the point of being disabled from endocrine issues. Has ingredients that ruin fertility, raise risk of cancer, and ruin your endocrine system. I hope these brands can take these ingredients out and begin to care about consumers health.

Best Baby Sunscreen ☀️
Size: 6 Ounce (Pack of 2), Style: SPF 50 Spray
Putting sunscreen on a one year old is never an easy task. So I learned very quickly that the spray was a must. I’ve tried several different kinds and have had issues with eye irritation because I’m sure as y’all all know (that I definitely did not know) the first thing they do when you put sunscreen on their face is rub it immediately in their eyes. Although this one is not completely irritation free, I have noticed much less irritation to her eyes (or maybe she’s finally learning not to rub her eyes after I put it on idk 🤷🏼‍♀️). Regardless this is a great safe, easy to apply sunscreen for babies!
