Vitamin B6 may be of benefit for the relief of pre-menstrual symptoms such as breast tenderness, mild fluid retention, irritability and fatigue.

Ingredients

Pyridoxine hydrochloride 121.6 mg equiv. to pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 100 mg

Directions & Precautions

Adults - At the first sign of pre-menstrual symptoms and during menstruation, take 1 tablet (swallow whole) once a day. Take with food. For short-term use during menstruation only.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
WARNING – Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your health professional as soon as possible.
WARNING – This medication may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time. If symptoms persisst consult your health professional. Supplement can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Talk to your health professional before taking multiple products containing vitamin B6.

I love these because they don't go flat. You can pull out whatever you need to make them comfy for you. They come in two different layers. So you have that protective cover over the main case that holds the memory foam. They're amazing to sleep on. I have had these last for years without going flat. If you hate flat pillows this is the way to go. They are very easy to wash. You just have to separate layers. They are very thick, you can adjust the thickness. Everyone in my house has at least one. They are worth the money. I have never had to replace them, because they went flat.

I’m excited because they are cooling too! for the price point can’t beat it and this is coming from someone who was about to spend money on a purple pillow this will be good for now definitely buy it.

Inconsistent

Ive ordered two different batches of these pillows, the first was a 2 pack, the second batch was a 4 pack. The pillows that came in the 2 pack have a different quality to them. The memory foam feels thicker, takes long to depress and to spring back to form. It offers more resistance, a heavier odor (at the start), and was the pillow that I fell in love with. Things changed when I ordered the 4 pack a couple months later. There was an inconsistency between the foam in these two different batches. both sets of pillows are comfortable. The first batch being firmer means I had to remove more foam before it became comfortable but the 2nd batch being more springy, I was able to keep all the foam inside. I docked a couple stars because I’m not able to provide a consistent experience with these pillows across all three beds in my home. If you need a pillow, order a set and be happy. If you want a bunch of memory foam pillows throughout your house, maybe look elsewhere as these may not all be identical.
