This crescent moon and star pendant was once an antique pin (circa 1900-1915) transformed with the addition of a 14k gold jump ring bail. The pendant is accented with tiny half pearls, enamel forget-me-not flowers and a 15 point (0.15ct) diamond at its center. . It is unmarked, but acid tests for 14k gold.
The pendant measures 1.2 inches from top to bottom (including the jump ring bail) by 1 inch wide. The piece is in good condition with a bit of enamel loss visible under magnification.
