This aerodynamic panel, constructed in ultra-lightweight carbon fibre, bears the original Telecom Italia / STET sponsorship livery and is boldly signed by Michael Schumacher, with the inscription “1996” adjacent to his autograph. On the reverse, period-correct white marker notes read:
“car 1 G.P. Monaco 19.05.1996 M.S. F310.”
The F310 marked Schumacher’s first season with Ferrari, a pivotal moment in both his career and the team’s modern revival. Though mechanical failure ended his race at Monaco, the car’s innovative design laid the groundwork for Ferrari’s dominance in the years to follow.
