The second album Normal Life from Southend singer-songwriter David Woodcock follows his self-titled debut album which had strong support from Steve Lamacq ('New Favourite Band' & 'Rebel Playlist Winner') and Marc Riley both on BBC 6 Music. The album was recorded and produced by David and Joe Lamb, over a two year period of various recording sessions. The results being distilled into a thirteen song selection. Kevin Feazey who worked on the debut album returned again to mix the tracks in London whilst also undertaking some additional recording in Southend. For fans of David's debut there will be much to love and cherish with this new selection of songs. It sees him expand and develop but the riotous spirit is still very much alive and kicking. Update:
Amazon directed me to the company's website to deal with my issue of the broken paper towel holder. They responded on the same day and resolved my issue.
I would buy this product again but I recommend only picking it up from the base to be on the safe side.
Original Review:
My item became separated from the base two months after purchase and it won't screw back together, so it is useless. Amazon prompted me to reach out to Ivilon, so I did. The paper towel holder was very beautiful and seemed sturdy. I will update my review if Ivilon rectifies this matter. I recommend never picking it up from the top since it is a heavy item and with the potentially faulty connection between the pole and the base, you could easily break a toe if it comes apart!
