La spirulina è l’alimento più completo e nutriente esistente in natura, e viene per questo definita un superfood. Possiede straordinari benefici nutritivi, terapeutici e salutari in virtù del suo elevato valore nutrizionale. È un alimento unico.
È l’alimento vegetale con il più alto contenuto di proteine vegetali, 60-65% (tre volte le proteine della carne); Contiene tutti gli amminoacidi essenziali a differenza delle proteine vegetali; Sali minerali come il ferro (prezioso antianemico), magnesio, manganese, potassio, calcio, fosforo, zinco e il raro selenio; vitamina A, vitamine del gruppo B (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12) acido folico, inositolo, acido pantotenico, vitamina C, E, K, H; La spirulina è ricca di pigmenti quali ficocianina (ottimo antiossidante), zeaxantina, luteina, betacarotene e clorofilla. È ricca di acidi grassi essenziali come omega 3 e omega 6. Ha un basso contenuto calorico ed è povera di colesterolo.
È considerata un integratore naturale sia per diete vegetariane che per diete vegane, per chi pratica sport, possiede carenze vitaminiche o vuole dare energia alla propria vita. Non contiene iodio. La spirulina naturalmente non contiene glutine. Circa 2 g al giorno di spirulina, quindi all’incirca un cucchiaino da caffè di stick, hanno sul nostro organismo un effetto energizzante, aiutano il nostro benessere poiché rafforzano il sistema immunitario, favoriscono la depurazione dell’organismo, riducono il livello di zuccheri nel sangue e contrastano l’invecchiamento cellulare.
L’assunzione di spirulina deve essere fatta in modo costante, quindi tutti i giorni, per periodi più o meno lunghi (da 20 giorni a 1-3 mesi). Il momento migliore per assumere la spirulina è il mattino durante la colazione.
Gli sticks di spirulina possono essere gustati al naturale o aggiunti al dolce o salato come yogurt, frullati, succhi di frutta, insalata. In base ai propri gusti si può aggiungere a qualsiasi alimento, anche sul gelato.

Soft, lint-free, and gentle, just a bit thin

These Cliganic cotton rounds are very soft, gentle on the skin, and truly lint-free. I use them daily for makeup removal and skincare, and they feel high quality and comfortable, even on sensitive skin. I also appreciate that they’re made from 100% pure cotton and are hypoallergenic. They do a great job removing makeup and applying toner without falling apart or leaving residue behind. The quantity is excellent as well, 300 rounds is a great value and lasts a long time. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the pads are a bit thin. They still work well, but I sometimes need to use two instead of one, especially for heavier makeup.
Overall, these are reliable, gentle cotton rounds that perform well and are a great option for everyday skincare. I would definitely purchase them again.
