Gilles Peterson and Lionel Loueke embraced the chance to collaborate together, combining worldwide club rhythms and guitar loops to create a chaotic masterpiece. Influenced by Loueke's mentor Herbie Hancock, the London-based DJ and Beninese guitarist brought fresh life to the music of HH on Edition Records in Sept 2020. Through Gilles and Alex Patchwork's reimagining and Lionel's re-recording, the full spectrum of colour in HH is realized.
