How to Wear
1. Slide support over elbow.
Positioning elbow support pressure pads on top and underside of forearm.
2. Position pressure pads so that they rest on top and underside (radial and ulnar sides) of forearm, just below elbow.
Wrapping and tightening elbow strap until comfortable.
3. Wrap strap around forearm. Tighten until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
Care Instructions
Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
