Even used with foam eartips, they retain essentially unaltered, uncolored response. Additional eartips are available, although they're sold separately. They're discreet and provide the identical response as the ETY•Plugs through 4 kHz, but higher than 4 kHz they deliver improved high-frequency clarity with no compromise in protection. They feature a low-profile, stem-less design that snugly sits in the outer ear with no protrusion, making it especially comfortable for wearing under hats, helmets, and other headgear. This set of ER•20XS earplugs – along with the included eartips, feature a small, flexible pull tab that enables easy removal, as well as an easy-to-use neck cord, plus a convenient carry/storage pouch, all packaged in a "clamshell" retail container.
