Each bag has a built-in liner bag for added durability and convenience. A brand new double sealing system means no need for any extra liners, tape or cable ties. Closed with a quality YKK zip and sealed with our unique hook & loop strap for maximum hold and a secure, leak-free seal. The handle has been developed to provide maximum grip as well as benefit from the hygienic properties of silicone.

The Cerberus Throwing Bag V2 has been specifically designed for throwing but is also an excellent all round training tool. You can replace a lot of the movements that you would use a kettle bell for with one of our Throwing Bags. Awesome for 2 handed /1 handed Kettlebell swing, Kettlebell Goblet Squat, Snatch, Clean & Press, Turkish Get Up and much more! They are a versatile addition to any Gym, or Home Gym setup!

Simply fill with sand (coarser grained sand works best) and you are good to go. You can also use a combination of media to make your desired weight for example rubber crumb, wood chips or bark. Our sandbags are heavy duty and able to withstand throws and drops, but they are not designed to be slammed.

How to fill your Cerberus Throwing Bag V2

1. Open out your Sandbag & open the inner bag.
2. Now fill your Sandbag until your bag is full and packed tight, we suggest coarse sand. Please note that the loadable weight of the bag depends on the density and size of the media being used. Certain media may cause the overall weight of the bag to be greater than or less than the projected weight capacity.
3. Seal the inner bag hook & loop, roll down and press down and seal again against the inner hook & loop.
4. Push the inner seal inside, shut the zip and close over the external hook & loop strap.
