Use this cleansing bundle to clear negative energies from yourself, your home, your workplace, or even your car.

1. Light your sage or palo santo stick, then blow out the flame leaving glowing embers

2. Move around the space you’d like to cleanse, moving the stick away from you gently in one direction

3. ‘Push’ the negativity out of the area around you by sweeping the stick towards an open window or door

4. Extinguish the stick by placing it in sand or soil in a container. Keep it dry and use it again whenever you feel the need to.
