The Numbers

From the factory the Hyundai Kona is rated at 201 flywheel horsepower. On our dyno we saw a maximum wheel horsepower output of 188 horsepower*. After installing our TruControl by STILLEN Inline Power Module the dyno reported back a maximum horsepower output of 212 horsepower at 6,100 RPM*. Making the wheel horsepower greater than the factory flywheel horsepower with an overall gain of more than 27 flywheel horsepower* which equates to a total engine output of nearly 230 flywheel horsepower*.

Even greater gains come from the torque output. Maximum torque from the factory was measured at 214 torque at 2950 RPM*. With the TruControl by STILLEN Inline Power Module installed. Our test Kona's 1.6T put down 235 ft. lbs of torque at 3300 RPM*. This is an increase of more than 21 ft. lbs of torque at the wheels*.

Easy to Use

With the engine on or with the key on, you can go through and [-/+] select which calibration you want to run at any point in time. You can use the Tuning: Pro App which also controls and resets all calibrations based on what you input in the application.
