C’est pourquoi, pour les gaines de plongeur métalliques de nos Sonde de canal, nous utilisons soit du laiton nickelé, soit de l’acier inoxydable. Le laiton est principalement composé de cuivre et de zinc, ce qui confère à l’alliage une bonne aptitude au moulage et à la transformation, une résistance mécanique, une conductivité thermique et une conductivité électrique.
Contrairement aux produits conventionnels du marché, toutefois, nos gaines de plongeur en laiton reçoivent une couche de protection supplémentaire en nickel. Celle-ci garantit leur résistance durable à la corrosion dans des milieux moins agressifs, de l’air et de l’eau jusqu’aux alcalis et aux acides dilués. Dans le même temps, la couche de nickel empêche les composants des pâtes thermoconductrices de dissoudre le cuivre et de provoquer de la corrosion par piqûres.
Les gaines de plongeur en acier inoxydable non allié offrent la meilleure protection contre la corrosion. Nous avons choisi, à cet effet, le VA 1.4571 ou AISI 316 Ti, un austénite particulièrement haut de gamme qui contient, en plus du chrome, du nickel et du molybdène, également du titane. L’alliage s’est notamment avéré performant dans la construction d’appareils et d’instruments chimiques, dans le traitement des gaz d’échappement et dans l’épuration des eaux usées. Sa résistance à la corrosion couvre aussi les chlorures, c’est-à-dire les sels, ainsi que des acides plus forts, y compris l’acide chlorhydrique (HCl).

Simple and Effective Remote Organization

The Pros:
Spacious Design: With five deep pockets, there is plenty of room to store everything from TV and soundbar remotes to reading glasses.

My remote caddy

I have so many gadgets that uses remotes, my end table looked awful with remotes everywhere and when I would move something, a remote would fall off the table. It was aggravating but now I have a nice caddy to sit on my table and it holds all of my remotes. It's beautifully designed and was shipped to me very quickly.
