自小熱愛創作，中學畢業後投身社會，日間過著營營役役的白領生涯，晚間則於香港公開大學進修中文學士課程。完成學士課程後，開始致力小說創作。
作品包括《那年我十四歲》、《讓我再次站起來》、《像我這樣的幸福女孩》、《原來我可以》及《網上情緣》等。作品《讓我再次站起來》，榮獲香港教育城舉辦的第十屆「十本好讀」獎項。
