Elemental Music presents a newly remastered 180-gram LP reissue of an excellent 1964 jazz-bossa album: Paul Winter and Carlos Lyra's sensational album "The Sound of Ipanema", originally released by the Columbia label. Recorded in Rio de Janeiro, it features Lyra's compositions and includes the essential Brazilian combo of that period: Sérgio Mendes (piano), Sebastião Neto (bass), and Milton Banana (drums). Winter was the only American on this album and he fit very well with the bossa spirit because of his lyrical and open-minded musical sensibility. The album was a smooth and engaging American-Brazilian fusion. Highlights of this gem are the bossa standards "Aruanda" and "Quem Quiser Encontrar O Amor", originally composedby Carlos Lyra with Geraldo Vandré. The Sound of Ipanema is a delightfully fresh album, symbol of the golden years of Bossa Nova.

Very durable
Style: Two pack
These are great for my aggressive chewer. She still naws them down a bit after 6 months but not nearly as much as other toys. The size is perfect. It keeps her engaged in play. They do not squeek which is a plus.
The only worry I have is if she throws it in the air it might break something breakable.

Teething Puppy Destroyed Goose

Product appearance attractive and looks like fun, however, simply did NOT withstand an aggressive chewer like my 10 week old puppy - did not last more than three days and needed to be thrown out for safety reasons. ☹️

Hardly indestructible as the description claimed. She enjoyed it, while it lasted, for 15 minutes. I wish I could figure out how to show the photo of her after she tore it up. But I can’t. Sadly.

It's one of the only toys that we originally got for our pup that has lasted

We got a lab mix (we think with a Great Dane) on Labor Day weekend 2025. She has destroyed 100% of the toys we got her that weekend, with the exception of this duck. Yes, it is missing it's feet at this point (they got chewed off and torn sometime around Halloween), but the duck itself is still intact. She chews on the duck every day, it's one of her favorite toys, and it's seen some things. We've washed it a few times in the laundry machine, and it looks nice a clean every time we pull it out and let it dry. She's gnawed on it through losing puppy teeth and getting adult teeth, and she's is currently chewing away on her duck on her bed in the living room.
I understand others have reported really mixed reviews, but I'm so glad we got this duck and it's one of the only toys we've bought that I feel like was worth the price because it didn't get destroyed immediately. We plan on buying another one for Christmas.
