As many coats as desired can be added within 60 seconds to achieve a foundation of fuller, thicker lashes. The innovative silicone wand separates and lengthens while blinc black lash primer coats lashes. When mascara is immediately applied over top, a jet black, voluminous finish remains. Remove with any makeup remover.

- Apply one coat and let it set for 30 seconds.
- Keep applying coats until the desired lash volume, length and separation is achieved, always letting it set 30 seconds in between coats.
- You may then apply your mascara.
