Introducing the Charge Pipe Kit for the BMW F8X! This is the first of many Bespoke parts to be offered for 'The Ultimate Driving Machine'. This pie-cut version Titanium charge pipe kit for the F8X M3/M4 platform is made from high quality CP-1 grade Titanium piping with CAD designed and CNC cut flanges. This kit is completely designed and built in the USA!
The design is simple and effective. Our flanges are developed to mate perfectly to the OEM turbo outlet and utilizes the factory rubber o-ring seal inside. We use a smooth transition reducer to stretch the OEM 2" outlet of the factory turbo to a perfectly matched 2.25" pipe that will mate to your factory or aftermarket charge air cooler. This creates a smooth transition of the charged air from your compressor to your cooler. The design of the piping was built from scratch after countless hours of routing options to ensure it has the straightest and shortest route possible while maintaining your factory components.
Is it true that multiple pie cuts and welded seams cause a breakup in flow? - All of our work is back purged and fully penetrated into the pipe which enables a smooth transition from seam to seam.
A priority of ours is the final product's fit and finish. Each kit is hand cut and made using an actual F8X vehicle for final fit and finish prior to any complete welding of the system. This is how you know your kit will fit without issue. We also have ensured our design WILL fit under your OEM or aftermarket engine cover! There are many different methods and styles of finishing these parts and the choice is yours - and is all included in the price.
