THE STORY
A sequel to my floral neck-line tops, this design is quite a departure from the world of creatures, plants and organic things that I typically draw and then print onto garments. I found myself with some of these fancy boatneck tops and was trying to think of something neat to print around the collar. This design that I came up with was inspired by statement necklaces and those neat metal mid-century modern clocks.

THE SHIRT
Printed with a beautiful coppery ink with a slight sparkle to it, on a Navy Women's Bamboo/Cotton Poncho. (7.3oz 70% Viscose Bamboo / 30% Organic Cotton) These shirts are extremely soft and have a wide neck, and a sort of batwing sleeve that tapers to a more fitted waist and hips.

SIZING
This is a Ladies shirt, listed in ladies sizes. The top of the garment has a roomier fit, however the shirt really tapers in the waist and hips. Please refer to the size guide for measurements.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. I use water-based inks for all my prints, which are great because they sink right into the fabric instead of sitting on the surface. So they won't crack or fade, but get softer with each wash until you can't even feel them.
