Background

Eph receptors compose the largest family of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), which are capable of recognizing signals from the cell environment and influencing cell-cell interaction and cell migration. Ephrins are the ligands to Eph receptors and they stimulate bi-directional signaling of the Eph-ephrin axis. Ephrin-A3 (EFNA3) is one of the ephrin ligands which could bind to EphA2, EphA3, EphA5, EphA7, EphA8 and more poorly to EphA4. It is not only expressed in skeletal muscle, spleen, thymus, prostate, testis, ovary, small intestine and peripheral blood leukocytes, but is also present in neuroblastomas, neural cancers and leukemias. The dysregulated expression of EFNA3 has been observed in many types of human cancer. The expression level of EFNA3 was found to be upregulated 26-fold in squamous cell lung carcinoma, 3.8-fold in liver cancer, 1.6-fold in colon cancer and downregulated 2.6-fold in kidney carcinoma, respectively.

Charming Earring Display
Style: TREE, Style: TREE
I’m using this wooden jewelry tree as a display for my fun earring collection, and I love how cute and creative it looks! It comes in three pieces and is easy to assemble, though I did need a hammer to tap the pieces flush. I wish the earring holes were spaced a bit farther apart in some areas, but overall, it’s a charming and functional stand. Makes a great gift for any jewelry lover!

This is certainly NOT worth the money. It arrived broken and not worth fixing. Don't waste your money.

Extremely well-made and solid, holds a lot!
Color: Xy010-bronze
This jewelry organizer is perfect for my needs and it’s really pretty. It has a solid base and feels substantial, especially for the price. I used it for necklaces at first but now I use it for rings because it’s easier to see them when they’re displayed on this tree. It holds a lot of rings and is great for quickly finding which ring(s) you want to wear for the day.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Super functional and the little birds are so cute. Holds many necklaces and seems to be good quality so far. I received and returned several until I found this one - finally I can stop looking! It’s perfect.

Sturdy. Attractive
Color: Xy010-bronze, Color: Xy010-bronze
I really think it’s a pretty and well-made holder…I’m really pleased with the aesthetic design, but it is a bit short. Some of my longer necklaces would not work on that, but I do enjoy it for bracelets, shorter necklaces earrings, and the tray is nice which can be utilized for a variety of things. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.
