The PX-A from Xvive is a three-channel beltpack mixer and headphone amplifier designed for in-ear monitoring applications when used with a PX-B snake (available separately). The PX system allows musicians, vocalists, and performers to dial in their own preferred blend of the three input signals for a custom monitor mix.

Choose Your Sources

Singers

You choose what you need to hear and adjust as needed during performance. Singers, for example, need to control their own volume, but will also need to hear whatever instruments they rely on for a pitch reference. So, Input 1 might be an aux mix including only their vocal, or a mix of all vocals with their voice loudest; Input 2 could have a mix of guitar and keyboards, and Input 3 could be a mix of bass and kick drum.

Instrumentalists

If you play an instrument, you want to hear what you're playing loud and clear, so you don't wear out your fingers, and so that the subtleties of your playing matter. But you need to hear the vocals to keep you in touch with the structure (and the emotion) of the song; and you need to hear the drums, so you not only play in time, but groove well with the group.

Drummers

If you're a drummer, you want to hear the drums well enough to have an accurate sense of your balance within your kit, and so you can feel the impact of your kick and snare. You need to hear the bass in order to function well as a rhythm section; you need to hear the vocals to help keep you oriented in the song structure; and you need the energy and rhythm of guitars and keyboards.

Versatile and Reliable Monitoring

Use with PX-B Snake

The PX-A mixer receives audio from a mixing console via the separately available PX-B 3-channel snake. Use a Cat 5 cable such as the 25-foot EC25 (available separately) to send the audio to the input of your PX-A mixer.

Power Options

The PX-A mixer can be powered by two AAA batteries—or, more reliably, a 9V/2A center-negative power supply connected to the PX-B snake (the Xvive A2 power supply is recommended). An Ethernet cable, which can be up to 200-feet long, conveys both the audio from the console and the PoE (Power over Ethernet) from the power supply.

Mix and Pan

Not only can you adjust your master earphone/headphone volume and the levels of your three chosen channels, but you can also pan the channels (left, right, or center) using DIP switches located inside the PX-A's battery compartment. This can help you hear better by isolating the channels.

Reliable Signal and Sound Quality

The locking Cat 5 cable connector on the PX-A ensures that your Ethernet cable stays connected during performance. Audio signals are transmitted digitally up to 200 feet, without degradation, via Ethernet. And thanks to the PX-A's high-quality preamp and internal circuitry, you will enjoy pristine audio at all times.

PX-H Hub: Expand for the Band

If you're performing, recording, or rehearsing with a band of up to five people, you can expand your PX system with the PX-H 5-Channel Hub (available separately). Each additional band member would need their own PX-A mixer and Ethernet cable, but only one PX-B snake and one power supply would be needed to send audio to the hub and supply all connected mixers with power.

The sheet is too short for my liking
Color: Heather Grey(flat Sheet Only), Size: King
This king sized top sheet wasn’t quite long enough for a good tuck-in. Can’t comment on wearability because I won’t be using it. Did not return because I had washed it

Warm and Soft
Color: Solid Forest Green(flat Sheet Only), Size: King
I wanted a sheet that felt warm in the cold weather. Upon reviewing several other sheets, I took a chance on this type. I’m happy I did, no more cold feet in bed! It washes and dries (on low temp.) very well too.

So I’ve purchased these twice
I purchased these sheets twice because I like them that much. I’m really particular about the texture and material of the sheets I use. After trying jersey sheets about 5-6 years ago, I refused to go back to microfiber. They have the feel of a t-shirt, but it’s your bedding. I love the feeling for my pillowcases, too. This brand’s sheets fit my mattress perfectly. My mattress is a queen sized Casper mattress and 11 inches thick. I’m also a restless sleeper. If the sheets don’t have deep enough pockets, the corners become loose and the fitted sheet tries to escape the mattress. These stay perfectly in place no matter how much I move. As a general note, though, since I see this a lot—PLEASE check the thickness of your mattress! Not all sheets have the same pocket depth! If your mattress is 8 inches thick and you’re buying sheets that are for 6 inches of thickness, it’s not going to fit right! If your mattress is 8 inches thick and you’re purchasing sheets that are for 11+ inches of thickness, they’re more than likely going to be too big, but more likely to stay in place if you buy too small. Still, loose sheets tend to bunch on the actual sleep surface and create uncomfortable fabric ridges. Don’t do that to yourself. Buy the right sized sheets for your mattress! For me, these are perfect! I love the colors available. I tend to buy lighter grays and teals for my bed. They survive my restless sleeping and yucky, sticky humidity of northeastern coast summers. The color doesn’t bleed out when washed. They’re such a soft, comfy texture. The other thing about jersey knit sheets is that the top sheet drapes over your body with a bit more weight. Microfiber is lighter and doesn’t give you the ‘completely covered’ feeling that I find I love about the jersey knit sheets. The jersey knit sheets, I find, because of the material weight, naturally sit and slightly conform to the form they are draped upon. Once again, being a restless sleeper, I do not have to worry that my tossing and turning will cause the sheet to attempt escape from my bed and body on its own. But they also do not make me feel additional warmth. I do not like being hot when I sleep. They are perfectly cool on their own or with a light knit blanket on top. They won’t trap in heat that you don’t want them to. If you want to trap heat, add a warmer blanket. They do tend to be a little on the expensive side in comparison to other jersey knit sheets, so I tend to wait for the sales to grab them! But I really, really like this brand.
