artist biography
Frithiof Berglund was a Swedish visual artist, born in Gothenburg in 1905.

He studied at the Valand Fine Arts College in Gothenburg. Berglund is best known for his painted landscapes, still life and abstract works.

Berglund created public art pieces at the Mölndal City Hall and library.

Berglund is represented in the public collections of the Moderna Museet in Stockholm, Gothenburg Art Museum and Boras Museum.

Berglund passed away in 1973 aged 68.
