The Sela Infinity Singing Bowls stand out especially by their light weight and noble design from conventional Crystal Singing Bowls. Despite the lower mass, the Infinity Bowls prove to be very resonant and impress with a remarkable volume. The Infinity Bowl D4 has a diameter of 6.5" (approx. 16.8 cm) and is made of 99.9% pure quartz crystal. The material used is given excellent sound properties by a special manufacturing process in which quartz is melted down and brought into the desired shape by a centrifuge. Visually, the instrument is rounded off by a noble, colorful shimmering clear glass design, which emphasizes different color nuances depending on the incidence of light.

Crystal singing bowls, like the traditional variants made of bronze or brass alloys, produce spherical, long-lasting sounds with a powerful fundamental and "singing", harmonic overtones. In direct comparison, the modern variant made of glass even resonates somewhat more clearly and significantly longer than its metallic counterpart.

For music, meditation and singing bowl therapy.

Sela crystal singing bowls are suitable for making music as well as for meditation, yoga sessions and sound massages. Their soothing voice can help relieve stress, deeply relax and bring body and mind into harmony. The Infinity Singing Bowls can be played individually or in combination with other singing bowls or other instruments, such as the Sela Handpans. The 432 Hz version of the 6.5" Infinity model is also tuned to the note D4 but the concert pitch A is not on the western standard frequency of 440 Hz, but at 432 Hz. This tuning is said to have a particularly relaxing and calming effect. However, this singing bowl does not harmonize with conventionally tuned instruments. It should be played either individually or together with other 432 Hz instruments - such as our Sela Unity Handpans.

Useful accessories included

The Sela Infinity Singing Bowl comes with a leather mallet specially designed for use with crystal singing bowls. It fits comfortably in the hand and allows both gentle striking and rubbing of singing bowls. Depending on the technique and intensity, a variety of different tones can be elicited from the Infinity Singing Bowl. In addition, an included silicone ring ensures a secure stand and optimal vibration behavior of the bowl - so it can unfold its full sound potential at any time.

The Epson F170 has been ideal for getting started with sublimation. It's easy to use, prints vibrant and defined colors, and has allowed me to personalize various projects with excellent results. As a beginner, it has given me a lot of confidence to learn and create without complications. I definitely recommend it for anyone starting out in sublimation.

No returns and no support. If it doesn't work properly, too bad.

I was fairly happy with my Epson ET 2800, but was told that I'd get better colors with the F170. So I bit the bullet. The installation went smoothly and I was printing in short order. It was when I started printing items that had some dark gray that I noticed the problem. It was printing green. I contacted Epson tech support and they answered the phone almost immediately. (And how rare is that??) The woman I spoke with seemed to be familiar with the problem and advised me to modify the printer preferences and change the color correction from "ICM" to "No color correction". Well, it wasn't printing green anymore. Now the grays were brown. At this point, she ran out of ideas and gave me an email address for the second level of tech support and asked if I'd send a photo of the printed fabrics showing the problem. I did. That was over three weeks ago. I've sent a couple of followup emails, but they're ignoring me. But the best news was discovering that there are no returns on this product. I didn't think that was a thing with Amazon and I've never had any problems before. So now the 30-day return window is about to elapse and it appears that I'm stuck with an oversized doorstop. In the photo I'm including with this review, the fabric on the upper-left was printed with my Epson ET 2800. On the upper right, the F170 with ICM color correction. On the bottom, the F170 with no color correction.
