Con questa qualit, le pannocchie a foglia fine vengono principalmente lavorate e mescolate con un Sencha. I fini "steli fogliari" verde chiaro formano un aspetto molto bello con il Sencha verde scuro. Con la sua nota finemente secca e molto piacevolmente speziata, questo classico sa di un tipico Sencha giapponese. La tazza sembra giallo limone.
