The outdoor appeal is enhanced by a speckled midsole, while a cushioned mesh tongue adds ventilation. The Swoosh also manages to stand out on its own, with an aqua blue that matches the logo on the tongue label better in the Nike SB Dunk Low ACG Celadon. The symbol on the heel tab is toned down, the laces are a deep olive, and the midsole has the signature subtle shading.

Nike took note of the love skaters had for the Dunk and finally in 2002, introduced the SB Dunk, re-engineered for skating with features such as more padding and better traction. The SB Dunk became a canvas to try out offbeat colour combinations and unusual fabrics like pig suede.
