Existing Together Without Force

This limited edition work holds a condition that precedes understanding. Three silhouettes — purple, pink, red — stand and sit within a dense, layered landscape of green, yellow, and torn paper collage. They are not arranged. They are not performing a relationship. They are simply present in the same field, held by the same surface, made of the same material. The paradox at 2.7 is that the mental picture is complete while the lived reality has not begun. This work does not resolve that gap. It presents the moment just before landing — where everything is known and nothing has been tested.

The Field That Holds

Frequency 2.7 describes the summit of awakening: the point at which seeing is total and the old structure has released. What remains is a floating quality — luminous, certain, untouched by resistance. The figures in this work carry that quality. They are not struggling. They are not arriving or departing. The green field around and through them is not background — it is the same substance they are made of. Rice paper collage, acrylic wash, ink mark — all share the surface without hierarchy. The yellow patches in the centre hold warmth without insistence. Sustained viewing reveals not movement but presence: each figure resting in exactly the position it occupies.
