Published in 2011, “Avengers #12.1 – II” was written by Brian Michael Bendis and pencilled by Bryan Hitch. The great late Stan Lee, American legendary comic book writer started in 1942 as an editorial assistant for Timely Comics. The Manhattan-born Lee wrote, art-directed and edited most of Marvel’s series, becoming one of the most important figures in the creation of the Marvel Universe.

Great Federal Courts supplement

This E&E book really helped with Fed. Courts! Incorporate the public v. private law models/SOP and federalist v. nationalist paradigms which my professor used in the course. This version doesn't have some of the newer cases (TransUnion v. Ramirez). The standing section could have more info but standing is one of the easiest doctrines in fed courts. The Habeas Corpus, particularly the Teague Doctrine and AEDPA, section is excellent. The only big thing this book does not include are universal injunctions and the scope of remedies (outside of standing, anti-injunction act, and section 1983).
