For well over a decade, Devonté Hynes has proven himself a virtuoso of versatility, experimenting with almost every conceivable musical genre under a variety of monikers. After moving to New York City in the mid-2000s, Hynes became Blood Orange, plumming the oeuvres of the city's musical legends to create a singular style of urgent, delicate pop music. Freetown Sound, which follows 2011's Coastal Grooves and 2013's breakthrough Cupid Deluxe, builds upon everything Hynes has done as an artist, resulting in the most expansive artistic statement of his career. Drawing from a deep well of techniques and references, the album unspools like a piece of theater, evoking unexpected communions of moods, voices, and eras. Freetown Sound derives it's name from the birthplace of Hynes' father, the capital of Sierra Leone. Thematically, it is profoundly personal and unapologetically political, touching on issues of race, religion, sex, and sexism over 17 shimmering songs. Each song echoes into another, with leitmotifs carefully stitched throughout, yielding a sound palette that gently recalls elastic funk, slinky R&B, and pure pop, but resisting easy categorization.

Amazing Jewelry Travel Case
I bought this jewelry case for traveling on a cruise and I absolutely LOVE IT! When I purchased it I didn’t know if it would actually fit all the jewelry I wanted to bring but this box definitely impressed me! It fit all my regular jewelry plus more bc you know us woman love to coordinate with our outfits lol the case/box is sturdy! It didn’t break or even dent throughout my travels. It comes with different pieces to help organize and separate jewelry but it is removable if needed which I had to do bc one of my necklaces is really big. The case fit perfectly in my carry on luggage and didn’t take up much room at all which helped me a lot. I got the black case and I just love how simple and sleek it looks. This is definitely a must have if you need to travel with jewelry and are concerned about things getting damaged, this case keeps them safe and it’s definitely a great value for your money!

So cutie

This is a bit large for a travel size jewelry box lol I really thought it was going to be a bit smaller than what it was. I can see why some of the ladies in the comments are saying they’re using it as their main jewelry box since they don’t have much jewelry for a standard sized jewelry box.
With that being said, it’s cute and CAN be small enough for travel. It fits a lot and I got this one in particular bc I like that it has a bigger lower compartment for larger pieces. It’s a nice quality travel jewelry box. It’ll fit my needs. But if you have a knack for packing small and you value space. I’d say skip on this one or do due diligence to double check the measurements to see if it’s something you’re okay with packing.
