- Foot soaks are a great way to relax and invigorate those tired feet and soothe away all aches and inflammations.
Directions For Use: To use, add two spoonfuls of bath salts to your bucket(or bathtub) of water and You will get a relaxed and clean bath. To use as a foot soak, soak your feet for 15 minutes and give a good scrub followed by our foot cream.
Ingredients: Epsom Salts, Coarse Sea Salts, Sodium bicarbonate, Almond Oil, Skin-safe Micas, Grapefruit Essential Oils.

Its great!
For relentless. itching! I just wet my arms and legs then rub the bar on them lightly. Then rub it over the wet skin for a goid suds. Wait a few minutes and return to rinse it off wth was cloth etc. It really cuts the itch. You have to repeat this every several hours. But if you are able to work with it, its a wonderful soap and not drying! For severe eczema, and histamine itching, this reduces it with zero side effects. Verynice!!
