Fitment Summary: (Please click on the fitment tab to see all model fitments) 

• Fits most 2014-2023 Non-CVO Touring Bagger Models (Mag Wheels): These 11.8” diameter rotors are designed to fit models in which the hub is integrated directly into the wheel, the rotor is one-piece, and it is secured using 5 bolts. This is commonly found on most 2014-2023 non-CVO touring models with mag wheels instead of wire spokes.  
• Fits some 2024-newer Touring Bagger Models: Compatible models include FLHRXS Road King Special, FLHP Police Road King, FLHTCUTG Tri Glide Ultra, & FLHTP Police Electra Glide.
• Why doesn’t it fit all 2023-newer Touring Bagger Models? Harley Davidson® improved the stopping power of the 2023 CVO models by utilizing larger 12.6” (320mm) diameter rotors. They expanded this change in diameter to even more (not all) Touring models in 2024. 12.6” diameter Touring rotors for the 2023-newer models can be found by clicking here.
• Does not fit 2022-older CVO models or wire spoke wheel models: Harley also uses a different style, milti-piece, floating 11.8” diameter rotor in which the center carrier has a traditional 5x3.5” bolt pattern. This style is commonly found on 2014-2022 CVO models and models with wire spoke wheels. Rotors for these models can be found by clicking here.
• Does not fit models that use 7 bolt hubs: These models include 2020-2022 FLHR Road King, 2020-2024 FLHTK Ultra Limited, and 2020-2024 FLTRK Road Glide Limited.

TC Bros. recommends use of semi-sintered or full-sintered pads in conjunction with our brake discs. As with any brake service, using new pads is mandatory. In keeping with standard shop practice, completely and thoroughly cleaning the disc(s) using soap and water is required before installation. Washing and drying the friction surface is critical to ensure packing oil does not contaminate the brake pads.
