The AXIS M1135-E MK II is a rugged, outdoor-ready 2-megapixel network camera designed to deliver reliable, high-quality surveillance in demanding environments. With color and monochrome imaging options, a varifocal lens, and multi-format video support, this box camera is built to withstand harsh weather while providing clear, actionable footage for perimeter security, entrances, parking lots, and outdoor facilities. Its box packaging and TAA compliance make it a versatile choice for government, enterprise, and commercial deployments where durability, flexibility, and long-term value matter. From rain-soaked walls to dusty industrial sites, the M1135-E MK II is engineered to perform, day or night, with dependable operation and straightforward integration into existing video management systems.

  • All-weather, vandal-resistant design: Engineered for outdoor use, this camera carries an IP66 rating to protect against water ingress and dust intrusion, ensuring reliable performance in rain, wind, and dusty environments. The IK10-rated enclosure adds a layer of physical tamper resistance, helping to deter vandalism and maintain image integrity in challenging installations. This rugged housing is ideal for mounting on exterior walls, building perimeters, utility poles, or architectural features where exposure to the elements is unavoidable. By combining durable construction with precise manufacturing tolerances, Axis has created a surveillance solution that minimizes maintenance calls and reduces downtime, even in harsh industrial environments.
  • Flexible imaging with a sharp 2 MP sensor and a versatile varifocal lens: The 2-megapixel sensor captures Full HD 1080p video at up to 30 frames per second, delivering smooth motion and crisp detail for people and vehicle recognition. The 3-10.5 mm varifocal lens provides a 3.5x optical zoom, allowing you to frame wide outdoor areas or zoom in for close-up identification without repositioning the camera. Color imaging during daylight transitions to monochrome in low-light conditions, enabling enhanced visibility with Axis’ day/night optimization. This combination of sensor performance and adaptable optics makes the M1135-E MK II suitable for entrances, loading docks, parking areas, and open-air corridors where lighting can fluctuate dramatically throughout the day.
  • Bandwidth-friendly streaming with versatile codecs: Support for H.265, H.264, and Motion JPEG ensures compatibility with a wide range of network and storage configurations. Zipstream technology intelligently reduces bandwidth and storage requirements by focusing on the essential parts of a scene, preserving detail where it matters most while minimizing overhead. For deployments with multiple cameras or limited network capacity, this efficiency translates into lower infrastructure costs and easier scalability, without sacrificing critical image quality during incidents or investigations.
  • Easy installation and integration: The camera is designed for straightforward wall mounting and is delivered in a box-friendly package suitable for rapid deployment. Its TAA-compliant construction aligns with procurement standards used by government agencies and large enterprises, ensuring broad compatibility across procurement channels. The M1135-E MK II integrates smoothly with Axis management ecosystems, enabling centralized configuration, firmware updates, and remote access through familiar Axis tools. This makes it a practical choice for multi-site deployments where consistency and ease of management are essential to keep operating costs in check.
  • Security-focused design and future-proof features: Beyond rugged housing and Vandal resistance, the device supports a range of industry-standard streaming formats and robust security practices common in Axis products. The combination of IP66 protection, IK10 impact rating, color/monochrome imaging capabilities, and a reliable 1080p video pipeline positions the M1135-E MK II as a dependable component in any perimeter security strategy. The camera’s design anticipates evolving security requirements, enabling firmware updates and integration with existing surveillance workflows, while maintaining strong performance in varied climate zones and lighting conditions.

How to install AXIS M1135-E MK II

  • Plan the installation location by evaluating line-of-sight, potential obstructions, and environmental exposure. Choose a secure mounting surface that can support the camera weight and withstand wind loads. Ensure there is access to a reliable network connection for uninterrupted video transmission and easy integration with your video management system.
  • Mount the base or bracket securely to the chosen surface using the included hardware. Use appropriate anchors for the substrate (concrete, brick, or wooden surfaces) and verify that the mounting area remains level to ensure proper alignment of the lens and field of view. Route cables neatly through weatherproof conduits or cable glands to maintain IP66 protection and minimize wear on connectors.
  • Attach the AXIS M1135-E MK II camera body to the mounted bracket or housing. Align the camera to capture the desired scene, then tighten mounting screws to secure the unit firmly. Make sure the lens is properly focused and the varifocal range is set to cover critical zones such as doorways, driveways, or entry points.
  • Connect power and network interfaces as required. If the camera supports PoE, connect it to a PoE-enabled switch or injector to simplify installation and cabling. Configure network settings via the Axis web interface or your preferred management software, including IP address assignment, user access controls, and necessary security settings to protect streams and stored data.
  • Perform a final field check: verify video quality across the full focal range, test color and monochrome modes, validate performance under varying lighting conditions, and confirm that alerts, excursions, or motion detection rules are correctly configured. Save the configuration, monitor live feeds, and schedule firmware updates as needed to maintain optimal performance and security compliance.

Thick, robust and the perfect blend of dressy/casual
Color: Dark Tort/Green, Polarization Type: Non-Polarized, Lens Width: 50 Millimeters, Color: Dark Tort/Green, Polarization Type: Non-Polarized, Lens Width: 50 Millimeters
To be honest this is my first pair of sunglasses that costs more than $25. I never really knew why one would spend more on something you might sit on or lose. Decided to try these after realizing I wanted better clarity in the lenses. First impression on trying them on was the weight difference. These are quite a bit heavier than my cheaper pairs. Once I examined the materials I could see why. The build quality is excellent. The tortoise pattern is rich and looks high quality. Love the polished metal accents. At first I was a little leary about the metal on the front edges (i'm not a very "shiny" guy") but now I think it helps strike a balance between dressier glasses and casual. Very glad I stuck with these through the first few awkward moments. Wasn't sure about the shape at first but now i'm locked in. Curious to see what else Quay has to offer!

Stylish looks, good lenses, warped frame?
Color: Dark Tort/Green, Polarization Type: Non-Polarized, Lens Width: 50 Millimeters
These sunglasses have nice build quality and good lenses on them. The green tint is not too strong and the style is excellent. My frames sit crooked on my face out of the box and they do not lay evenly on the counter when laying them down on the top surface. you can tap on one of the arms and the frames wobble. Looking at the main piece where the lenses are, the whole thing appears to be slightly twisted., which would explain the crooked fit on my face. Granted, our faces and ears aren't usually perfectly symmetrical, but this seems to be a fault of the sunglasses. I have tried lightly bending and twisting the frames to straighten them out, but I have not been entirely successful in doing so in fear of breaking them. They are comfortable to wear and look pretty stylish, but some information on adjusting the frames would be nice.

Sleek and stylish sunglasses in a dark tortoise pattern. Simple classic design. Unisex design and fit. I especially like the wired sides that are easy and safe to customized to your head, ear, nose fit and comfort. Seems like a good value for quality, design, comfort and fit. Comes with a slim case. Nice sunglasses overall!

Sturdy & well made & they stay in place!
Color: Dark Tort/Green, Polarization Type: Non-Polarized, Lens Width: 50 Millimeters, Color: Dark Tort/Green, Polarization Type: Non-Polarized, Lens Width: 50 Millimeters
Wow, these are really nice & well made sunglasses!! I love them better than my prescription sunglasses that I paid a ton for that I really don't need when I am out in the sun. They have some weight to them and don't feel like cheap sunglasses you get off the rack in a drugstore and they fit comfortably on my face and nose. The build-in nose pads hold them in place so they don't slip down my nose!! They come packaged with care in a nice carrying case and there's a lens-cloth included in the package. The price on these won't break the bank and I'm really glad to have found them as I do spend a lot of time in the sun or bright light.

Soft case, not universal, not worth the price
Color: Dark Tort/Green, Polarization Type: Non-Polarized, Lens Width: 50 Millimeters, Color: Dark Tort/Green, Polarization Type: Non-Polarized, Lens Width: 50 Millimeters
I didn't pay for these, but priced at more than $70, I wanted to try them. The description is confusing if not misleading, stating "Quay merges music and fashion to create trend-forward designer eyewear for any moment or mood." Given the exorbitant price for a brand I never heard of (e.g., Raybans may be overpriced, but they come with a 24 month warranty and it's a brand that's been around a long time), I thought that these shades played music. How else are ordinary $10 sunglasses priced at nearly $100? How do they "merge music"??? Answer: they don't. They're sunglasses. They're also not "Designed for a universal fit," because they're way too big for me, and I have a normal-sized head, and I have bought many pairs of sunglasses and nearly all of them fit just fine. In fact, this is only the second time I ever tried on a pair and they were too large, but the other time, those sunglasses, which were a lot more stylish than these, cost around $20. The case is soft, which is ok, I guess. Some people prefer it but to me, if a case will not provide any protection from being crushed, e.g., sat upon, or had something heavy put on top, then it's not a very good case. They also included a nice lens cloth.
