While searching for the perfect site to create Australia’s finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. That quest led them to this north-facing vineyard, ideally positioned to capture sunlight while being protected from the chilly south-westerly winds.
This is standout chardonnay with great details and precision. Whole bunch pressed then matured in 50% new oak for 15 months with no malolactic fermentation. Aromas of lemon, waxy, peach and slatey minerality.
