This rugged, explosion‑protected outdoor network camera is engineered to perform where others can’t. Certified for Zone and Division 2 hazardous locations, the AXIS Q1961-XTE merges robust surveillance with advanced thermometric capabilities, allowing you to monitor temperatures remotely, trigger temperature‑based events, and gain actionable insight to prevent downtime and optimize maintenance. Designed for industrial environments, this gray, weather‑ready camera delivers reliable video alongside precise temperature data, helping operators safeguard assets, protect personnel, and maintain continuous operations even in challenging conditions.

  • Thermometric sensing and remote temperature monitoring: The Q1961-XTE integrates temperature measurement within the video stream, enabling continuous ambient and target heat monitoring from a centralized dashboard. With configurable temperature thresholds, you can automatically log, alert, or trigger downstream workflows when heat patterns indicate potential equipment stress or environmental risk, ensuring proactive maintenance and swift response to anomalies.
  • Hazardous location certification (Zone 2 / Division 2): Built for environments with flammable gases or vapors, this camera carries certified protection for Zone 2 and Division 2 installations. The explosion‑protected design provides an added layer of safety during installation and operation in challenging facilities, helping you meet strict safety standards without compromising surveillance coverage.
  • Remote temperature events and predictive maintenance: Temperature data isn’t just for display—it powers intelligent eventing. By correlating heat readings with scene analysis, the camera supports predictive maintenance programs, enabling technicians to schedule service before failures occur. This reduces unplanned downtime, extends asset life, and improves overall process reliability across manufacturing, energy, and process industries.
  • Rugged outdoor design in a neutral gray enclosure: The camera’s weather‑resistant housing is engineered to withstand dust, wind, rain, and temperature swings typical of outdoor industrial sites. Its compact, low‑visibility gray finish blends into utility corridors and outdoor facilities while preserving optical performance and long‑term durability in harsh environments.
  • TAA compliant and deployment flexibility: As a Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant device, the AXIS Q1961-XTE fits procurement requirements for government and enterprise buyers. Its compatibility with Axis ecosystem tools and third‑party analytics makes it a versatile choice for scalable deployments that demand traceable sourcing and reliable, long‑term support.

How to install AXIS Q1961-XTE Outdoor Network Camera

  • Plan a strategic mounting location that offers clear visibility of critical areas while complying with site safety regulations for hazardous zones. Assess environmental factors such as ambient temperature, potential contaminants, and ingress risks to optimize camera placement.
  • Choose a compatible, rugged mounting bracket or enclosure suitable for outdoor use. Ensure that all conduits, seals, and connectors meet environmental sealing requirements to preserve explosion protection ratings and weather resistance.
  • Route network cabling and power as dictated by hazardous‑location guidelines. If Power over Ethernet (PoE) is used, verify that both the camera and switch components are rated for Zone 2/Division 2 applications and properly bonded and grounded.
  • Configure the camera in your network management system. Enable thermometric sensing, set safe operating thresholds, and define temperature‑based alerts or automated actions that align with your maintenance workflows and safety protocols.
  • Integrate the camera’s temperature data with your analytics platform or building management system. Validate data streams, confirm time synchronization, and test alert routing to ensure alerts reach the right teams at the right times.
  • Perform a thorough safety and functionality check post‑installation. Verify live video, temperature readings, alert triggers, and remote access from designated devices while confirming that all safeguarding measures in Zone 2/Division 2 environments remain intact.

Perfect product for the error message you get on your EPSON printer
Top tier product. This pad replacement came with the instructions on how to fix my Epson printed that I've converted into sublimation. I never knew it had a drip container and I literally thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money trying to fix it. I looked up some videos and saw i needed a replacement kit. THis is it is I have an epson 4800 the video walk through with the paper was EASY, to put it in was even easier. Highly recommend.

They do have a key to resolve it. Make sure you can connect your computer to your printer.
The customer service is great. They answer your email within 2 hours. The product itself is great too! Comes with two ink pads, gloves, etc. just like what they are advertised. They have instructions and if you have any questions, you CAN contact them. Sadly, my computer couldn’t connect to the printer so I couldn’t use the key they gave me to resolve the problem. I got the printer second hand, wanted to fix the issue, but in order to fix it, we need a cable to connect the computer and the printer. It’s weird that we found two different software (same purpose), but one can connect, the other one (the one on the instructions with this product) can’t. I confirmed with them that we do need a cable. I asked my printer seller about the cable and googled about it, both said the printer doesn’t come with a cable. But when I emailed them (this product) about my issues, they said it should come with a cable to connect. So I don’t know the answer about the cable but what I know is that I either but a cable myself or buy a separate key on their website and hopefully it works. If you don’t know your key, you can email them and ask about it. They then will send you another instructions (another method I assume). It’s a really long key, so if you can connect your computer to the printer, I’m sure you can use the key that comes with the product. It’s just a little bit of a slow process, but at least you know now and you can easily fix it in the future. :) In case you want to know my printer model, it’s ET-4800. These are just my opinions, I hope you can fix yours without any issues! :)

Waste of time and money
Don’t waste your time. It did not work. Tried everything the instructions said but the software would not recognize my laptop. So I could not change the replacement pad.
