Mixed Media. 16 x 20 x .75" inches on birch wood cradle board.
The sky, flowers and grass are 3D. Their texture was created with Gel Medium (like a glue) and light molding paste then painted with acrylic using a pallet knife.
The letters, SOAR, were Photoshopped using pictures of birds' wings.
For the bird, I started with a picture of a hawk and collaged flowers, flower petals and a humming bird onto it.
The words were all individually stamped, letter by letter onto papers I created with a gelli plate (a reusable, durable printing plate that allows you to mono-print without a press). You can read about how I make gelli papers in my blog.
