The 1919 C.F. Martin Style C Mandolin is a high-end, vintage flat-back instrument known for its exceptional craftsmanship and rarity. Only 393 (or 394) Style C mandolins were produced. In 1919, this model represented a premium offering from Martin, featuring superior materials and ornate aesthetics compared to the entry-level Style A.
Very clean condition, original finish (no overspray), tuner plate is very clean with no rust/oxidizing. Binding is in excellent condition, pickguard is curling slightly with some small cracks in the top along the edge of the guard. Includes original hard case.
