ABOUT MYSTIC BLISS

Opening with a breeze of top notes evoking Flinders Island’s diverse impressions, Mystic Bliss is at once bracing and beautiful. Kunzea Accord – woodsy, aromatic and restorative – melds seamlessly with the resinous pepperiness, the warmth of oliban to capture the island's ancient and untouched feel. Fig and mint add a layer of freshness, a cool touch, with the fig growing ever more ripe in the presence of cardamon and cassis. 

Evolving, the heart notes unfurl, dancing through the composition as if taking cue from the Aurora Australis lights. First, clary sage, herbaceous and green, before caramel lends a touch of indulgence – a rich contrast to geranium’s green rosiness. The Kunzea, now more plush against this cool aromatic heart, in flashes of purple, carries through the drydown. Cedar and sandalwood, their rich, woody scents evoking the ancient forests of Flinders Island, are burnished with labdanum’s amber-like warmth as vetiver lends an earthen foundation grounding Mystic Bliss with a deep, resonant finish.
