It was originally an antique stick pin (circa 1900) that our jeweler transformed by removing the pin stem and adding a 14k gold jump ring bail. The piece measures 0. 7 inches from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 0. 4 inches wide, and it is in great condition. Materials: 14k gold, Platinum, Diamond, Ruby, Pearl.
