How to play the Aluminium singing bowl

There are two ways of playing the singing bowl. Start of by holding the bowl in the palm of you hand, then for the first method, simply use the beater to strike the sides of the bowl, creating rich vibrations and a deep tone.

The second way is to begin by striking the sides to 'warm up' the bowl, and then use the beater in a circular motion around the edges of the bowl, using whole arm movements and applying pressure, to create a calming, smooth and steady tone.

Perhaps this is nitpicky but I purchased this wrist rest because it was perfectly sized to my keyboard at 29cm wide. It got here, and it's a fine wrist rest in terms of quality, material and feel, but it's not 29cm wide, it's 30.5cm wide. The other dimensions are accurate enough - both only .1mm off, but the mismatched width against my keyboard is enough for me to notice it and obsess over it. If that doesn't bother you, I say go for it. At $15 it's a good deal.
