The smoke flow is concentrated at the center, aromas are intensified, and the wrapper remains intact all around — no loose edges, no risk of fraying. Ideal technique for Cohiba, Montecristo, and Partagas.
Maximum diameter: the Basic accepts cigars up to 22 mm in diameter, which covers the vast majority of common sizes. For very large Gordo ring gauges beyond this diameter, a cigar cutter with a wider opening will be more suitable.
