Control is easy, and as the control panel is separate from the main plate, you can restrict who has access to the settings - perfect for front of house areas. In addition, as the heater is induction, much less heat is wasted to the environment - all the energy goes straight into the pot or pan on top. This also makes it considerably safer as there's no hotplate which could potentially cause burns.
